How does payment work?
We ask for a 10% retainer to secure your date. After that, all we ask is that payment is made in full 15 days proir to your wedding date. Whether that be made in istallments over time, or big lump sums.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment. Cash, Check, Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, Circle Pay, etc. Whatever works best for you. In the end, money is money and it all spends the same!
Why do you only offer Half or Full Day coverage?
We wanted to make our packages as simple as possible. Offering your traditional 6,8,10 or 12 Hr options always seem to cause problems. We would never want to make it stressful for a couple or a wedding coordinator to try and squeeze everthing into 6 hours when 8 may be needed. In our experience, no matter how hard people try, weddings will not always fit into a perfect schedule. We want to make sure we give you the best coverage possible without missing anything. Half days and up to 7 Hrs allows us to get the completely ceremony, and all the festivities that follow without having to cut things short. Our full Days and up to 12 Hrs allow us enough time that we are there for everything from getting ready to final dance.
What does "Ceremony Start Time" mean?
It's very literal. It means coverage officially begins at the start of the ceremony. We will arrive early to make sure we have plenty of time to set up, but we begin at the start of the ceremony and shoot until reception dancing. If having coverage of any pre-ceremony events are important to you, please look at our Full Day Coverage options.
When will I receive my final product?
We do are absolute best to provide our couples a quick turn around time that's well above the industry standard. We will provide "Sneak Peek" images within 24-48 hrs after you wedding to share via social media or however you choose. We will then try and provide you your entire completed gallery within 3 to 4 weeks after your date. Completed films and extras will be delivered 4 to 6 weeks after your date.
How will I receive my final product?
All final images and films will be delivered via a personal online viewing gallery. From that gallery, you can download, share, and even purchase prints and keepsakes via our online print store.
How do you describe your shooting style?
We are very unobtrusive during the day and love to document the moments as they happen naturally. We will provide some direction for photos and video if needed, but we are very mindful to not make the day feel like a big production. The focus should always be on you and your day. We will be there to capture it with ninja like precision. The best compliments we have ever received, are the ones that tell us, "That happened so fast and unexpected I cant believe you were able to capture that!" We are there for you, and we are always watching. . . well, not in a creepy way! :)
How long will our wedding film be?
Our Feature Films run between 5 to 7 minutes in length. Obviously it all depends on the package booked and the amount of coverage we get. Some films may be a bit longer, but never shorter than that.
What else is delivered with the video coverage?
Along with your feature film, you will receive the ceremony in its entirety. You will receive full versions of all speeches and prayers from the day. As well as full uncut video from all major parts of the reception including all dances, cake cutting, introductions, bouquet & garter tosses, etc.
Will you archive my delivered files?
While we highly encourage you to download all delivered files for your own personal keeping, we do have our own backups for archiving all your delivered images and footage.
Will you help with creating a wedding day timeline?
Absolutely! While most wedding day timelines are put together by the venue or a wedding day coordinator, if the timeline rests on your shoulders, know that we are here to help you. We are more that happy to provide the experience we have gathered from all of our wedding work to help guide you in the best way to go about your day. We can make sure we have enough time to get the coverage we need, and enough time to make sure you actually get to enjoy your wedding day!
